Which insurance companies do you accept?
We work directly with many of the main private medical insurers, so we are able to bill them direct for your treatment. We work with Bupa, AXA Health, Cigna, WPA and Aviva. If you are insured by another company (such as Vitality or Benenden) we can provide you with a full invoice/receipt for you to claim back direct from your insurance company for the fees you pay.
Why do you not accept all insurance companies?
Some insurance companies can be very difficult to work with – they dictate the terms by which we have to work with them, which include fees we can charge, length of appointments, treatments we can offer and how long it takes for them to pay us.
