Why do you charge for cancellations?

We only charge for cancellations that are less than 48 hours before the time of your appointment. If you cancel with less than 48 hours notice we make a small charge. Why are there different prices to see different staff?

Our physiotherapy team have all been trained to the highest standard and they all have specialities in certain areas of physiotherapy. For example, Neuro Physiotherapy, Orthopaedic Physiotherapy and Paediatric Physiotherapy. Alongside this, we have specialists in Women’s Health and men’s health. How long is an assessment?

Do you offer shockwave therapy?

Yes, we are able to use Shockwave Therapy for treatments. Unlike other clinics, we are able to offer two versions of Shockwave – Radial and Focused. Most clinics are only able to offer Radial Shockwave, however there are several conditions where this is not as effective as Focused Shockwave.
