What if I need to cancel my appointment?

We have made the ability to cancel an appointment as simple as possible, we simply ask that you give us 48 hours notice of your cancellation. If you fail to give us the appropriate notice we will unfortunately have to make a small charge. This also applies if you are using a third party (e.g. Bupa, AXA PPP, etc.) to pay for your treatment. We require payment upfront to secure the appointment time and date that you want. Can I use my medical insurance to pay for my treatment?

We work directly with many of the main private medical insurers, so we are able to bill them direct for your treatment. We work with Bupa, AXA Health, Cigna, WPA and Aviva. If you are insured by another company (such as Vitality or Benenden) we can provide you with a full invoice/receipt for you to claim back direct from your insurance company for the fees you pay. Is physiotherapy at a centre better than at home?

Physiotherapy at home is just different to visiting a centre. It would depend on your personal situation and current condition. If you were unable to visit a centre then having physiotherapy at home can help access early rehabilitation and it may be you can then access a centre for ongoing input further into your recovery.
